Privacy Policy

ID10T collects no personal data, contains no advertising or analytics, and makes no network requests of any kind. It works entirely offline. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted anywhere.

What the app collects

Nothing. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no email address requested, and no identifier assigned to you. The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no third-party code of any kind.

What the app stores on your device

ID10T saves your own settings and progress so the game is where you left it. This information is stored only in the app's private storage area on your iPhone:

• the display name and avatar you chose;
• your house-rule, difficulty and table settings;
• your skill rating, match record, statistics, badges and daily-challenge streak;
• a suspended game, so a hand in progress survives closing the app.

None of this is transmitted, shared, sold, or made available to us or to anyone else. We have no server, so there is no copy of it anywhere but your device. It is included in your device backups if you back up your iPhone, under your own Apple account and subject to Apple's terms rather than ours.

Network access

The app makes no network requests. The entire game — rules, opponents, artwork and text — is contained in the app itself. It behaves identically in airplane mode, and you are welcome to verify that.

Children

ID10T is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data belonging to a child for us to hold, use or disclose.

Deleting your information

Everything the app stores is on your device and under your control:

• Menu → Start over erases your profile, rating, statistics and progress immediately.
• Deleting the app removes all of it along with the app.

There is no other copy, so there is no request to make of us and no consent to withdraw. If you would like confirmation of that in writing, use the contact address below and we will reply.

Data retention

We retain no data, because we receive none. Data stored on your device is kept until you erase it by either of the two methods above.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of ID10T ever collects or transmits information — for example, if online multiplayer is added — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described here with a new date at the top of the page.
